The staff here were amazing, always available to help day and night. I loved the room setup with a cute serving tray - made it feel cozy. the bed was super comfortable, I slept like a baby 😊.

Most of the staff was great except the firs night we checked in.The attendant at the check in was little rude but otherwise all was great.

Robert, the man who checked us in, was courteous and helpful.

Marriott tied up our funds on the debit card: first, they took an additional $350.00 from our account, then, when they removed that hold, they took a double billing. We're hoping the extra billing will go away soon but in the meantime I have to rush to the bank on Monday to make a deposit so nothing will bounce.

I had a wonderful time at this newly renovated and spacious 3-star hotel with friendly service and delicious food.

The fire alarm went off for no reason around 11pm when my fiancé and I were falling asleep. It took them almost 30 minutes to stop the loud noise and flashing lights

The rooms were modern and spotless, with full blast AC. Convenient location near Porto's Bakery, Pirate Dinner Show, and Medieval Times Dinner Show. Coffee/tea making equipment and a refrigerator provided in the room.

That when they couldn't find our second reservation, even though I had a hard copy they were going to charge us $5 extra until another employee found the reservation. Happy hour consisted of one red wine at $2 off - really! why bother. Disappointed in Marriott as I am a member.

It's still just a Courtyard, so no frills, but a solid choice for a family stay.

The employees are affable and outstandingly accommodating. The rooms are spotless and brand-new, with coffee, full blast AC, serving tray. There is coffee/tea making equipment and a refrigerator.

Location is great! Room was very clean. Worth the money! Highly recommended and I will stay here again.

No microwave, no free breakfast and no safe!!! A/C was a little bit annoying (keeps cutting on & off) but nothing we couldn't deal with.

Units with full blast ac. Location: the hotel was not far from Knotts Berry Farm, the famous Porto's cafe which has great food and appears to be super popular, and Starbucks.

We got a really great deal. Half the price than usual.

Room is a little small. Elevator is too far. They should set one elevator in the lobby. Not in the middle of rooms. Hard to find our rooms.
